FitnessLAB 40kg Adjustable Dumbbell set's ergonomic design makes it the most space-efficient and flexible strength-training option available. With just the turn of a dial, you can automatically change your resistance on each dumbbell from 5kg (10lb) all the way up to 40kg (90lbkg) each. It adjusts in 1.2kg (2.5lb) increments up to 11.5kg (25lb) and then in 5kg (10lb) increments, enabling you to gradually increase your strength while training with the perfect weight to push your limits.
